Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days after confirmation of receiving per tracking label. If 7 days have passed since your package was received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us via email hello@biohakpeptides.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: broken bottle seals, opened package, questionable use.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Products will not be shipped to states/ areas that do not allow research peptides.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • All reconstitution water supplied by BIOHAKPEPTIDES.COM is sterile-filtered and aseptically filled into sealed vials under cGMP-aligned conditions. This ensures product integrity and consistency for laboratory research applications. Once opened and used to reconstitute a lyophilized peptide, any remaining reconstitution water should be stored in the refrigerator (approximately 4°C / 39°F) and used within 30 days to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and maintain solution quality.Reconstitution water is designed to be a clean, neutral solvent, allowing for accurate preparation of peptide solutions for in vitro and analytical studies. It is packaged in clear vials to allow visual inspection prior to use.Upon receipt, store vials in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and light. Refrigeration is suitable for short-term storage, and freezing is not typically required unless long-term stability data suggests otherwise.
  • All products fromBIOHAKPEPTIDES.com are manufactured using a lyophilization (freeze-drying) process. This method is designed to maintain product integrity and allows vials to remain stable during shipping for approximately 3–4 months.
  • Once a vial is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, it should be stored in the refrigerator to help maintain stability. Under these conditions, reconstituted material is generally considered stable for up to 30 days.
  • Lyophilization is a dehydration technique in which compounds are frozen and then exposed to low pressure. This causes the water in the vial to sublimate directly from solid to gas, leaving behind a stable, crystalline white structure. This powder can be kept at room temperature until reconstitution.
  • Upon receipt, products should be stored away from heat and light. For short-term use, refrigeration at approximately 4°C (39°F) is suitable. For long-term storage (several months to years), vials may be placed in a freezer at approximately -80°C (-112°F). Freezing is the preferred method for preserving product stability over extended periods.
